In a smartly-decorated space with accents of midnight green and gold, Pasaj serves Istanbul-inspired brunch delights including mezze plates, shakshouka, whipped feta dishes, and stews. Each dish comes well-seasoned with delicious pepper, sumac, lemon, or smoky Urfa butter. They also have a variety of pastries, french toast, pancakes, and benedicts. To drink, enjoy Turkish coffee, a mimosa, or some pomegranate juice.
